From the moment you step through the front door, you can leave your coats, hats, schoolbags and cares behind, in the bespoke vestibule entry.  Akin to a Japanese Genkan, there is plenty of storage for your clothes & footwear before you move to the inner sanctum of the house. 

Off the entry the Master bedroom is located away from the other three bedrooms to give you privacy, and has its own full ensuite and generous walk-in-robe.  A vaulted ceiling above the bed, along with double-glazed windows to the east and north, makes this a quiet and cosy room to retreat to. 

The generous kitchen at the centre of the house, allows interaction with other living areas whilst cooking. Great for watching kids, or chatting with friends, or just joining in with the life of the house.

A high performance induction cook top is included in the package, chosen from Choice recommendations for usability and energy efficiency.  Energy efficient major appliances are also included.  Wall oven and microwave are ergonomically designed, to minimise bending when you have heavy or hot food to carry.  A large walk through pantry is provided for kitchen supplies and storage, leading to the built in laundry.

When the washing is done, the laundry’s just a hop and skip away from the external clothesline.  There is also a space for a tumble dryer within the laundry space should you wish one.

The second living at the end of the house can be a cosy theatre, or separate study, guest room, or quiet space. Or open up the wide sliding door to interact with other living zones.  You choose!

Children's quarters are connected by a private hall way, so they can access each other’s bedrooms and the bathroom, without going through the living space.

The internal vaulted ceiling in both the living and master bedrooms not only provide surprise and a greater sense of space, but also allows for an ideally sloped northern roof to hold the large 10 kilowatt solar array powering the house.

All our Zero Carbon designs are equipped with electric vehicle pre-wiring, ready for your EV charger when you get one.   With spaces for 2 vehicles under the carport, bike storage hooks can also be installed and customised for your need.  There is also an option to add a tilt door to the front of the carport, or to transform it into a fully enclosed garage.

This house is spacious, without wasting space. The surfaces easy to maintain, without wasting time.  The house bright and warm, with all the functions you'd expect, while being incredibly cheap to run.  All this means you can spend your time and resources on what really counts - living the good life.
